Terms of service
Commission Requests:
❯ I reserve the right to decline a commission if the theme, character, idea, or fetish is not in line with my personal artistic preferences. If you are uncertain, please contact me beforehand to confirm.
❯ I do not accept commissions solely based on textual character descriptions.
❯ Private commissions: +100% to the total price.
❯ If you want to use the work for commercial purposes (e.g., artwork for printing on products for sale, etc.), an additional +100% to the base price applies.Payments and Refunds:❯ Payment must be made in full through Boosty (payment methods available include Boosty card or PayPal).
❯ Refunds are not currently available.Working Process:❯ Sketches and line art with flat colors will be sent to you for approval.
❯ You will be provided with two rounds of revisions for each stage. Any further revisions will be subject to an additional charge of 10% of the commission fee.
❯ I will make revisions at no extra cost for forgotten details such as coloring or basic accessories if they were included in the reference.
❯ After each stage is approved, no further changes will be accepted.
❯ Upon completion of the commission, you will receive a high-resolution file for personal use (up to 4000 pixels on the longest side). Requests for a larger file size must be discussed in advance.Additional Terms:❯ Commission requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
❯ If you have any questions or concerns regarding your commission, you may contact me using the provided contact information.
❯ Work-in-progress images may be posted on my Twitter or Telegram channel. Please inform me if you do not wish for your commission to be shared.
If you wish to delay the release of the final image until a certain date, please inform me in advance.
❯ Alternative versions of the artwork may be possible for an additional fee, which may cost $30 or more depending on the complexity.Rights and Usage:❯ I retain all rights to my artwork and may use it at my discretion.
❯ The client may upload, edit, and use the illustration for non-commercial purposes.
